  • Drop off PAINT and ROOF samples to an ARB Member.  Email thecovehoa@gmail.com to set up arrangements.
  • Approval or denial of ARB applications will be within 30 days of receipt of a complete application.
  • Remember ALL ARB applications must include a copy of your latest SURVEY noting where changes are to occur. A survey is typically included with your closing documents or you can request one from the county. If you do not submit a SURVEY your application will be DENIED!
